SUMMER RATES as follows:
Lodge 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths - occupancy 12 guests, 4 night minimum requested, $1,500-$2,000 per night - Additional charges include a $375 departure housekeeping charge and a $2,000 security deposit (this is fully refundable if there are no damages).
Lodge 4 bedrooms - 4.5 baths - occupancy 8 guests, 4 night minimum requested, $1,150-$1,500 per night - Additional charges include a $350 departure housekeeing charge and a $1,500 security deposit (this is fully refundable if there are no damages).
Garden Room - 2 night minimum, $175-250 per night.
Cabin - 3 night minimum requested, $225-375 per night.
*Daily housekeeping is available for an additional charge.
** Minimum nights stays are preferred. If your travel plans require shorter stays, please let us know. We will try our best to accomodate your plans. If you would like to rent the Lodge as a 2 or 3 bedroom house, please inquire about rates. ONE NIGHT RENTALS in the Garden Room or Cabin will include an additional charge for housekeeping.
